主讲人/Speaker

李隽教授,清华大学化学系博士生导师,理论化学中心主任。1992年在中国科学院福建物质结构研究所获博士学位,师从我国著名化学家卢嘉锡先生。1994-1997年在德国和美国从事博士后研究工作,1997-2007年先后担任Ohio州立大学研究科学家、美国西北太平洋国家实验室高级研究科学家和资深科学家。

2004年入选清华大学百人计划,被聘为化学系教授、博士生导师,并受聘为教育部长江学者特聘教授,2005年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助。2010年获选为美国科学促进会会士(AAAS Fellow),2018年获得国家自然科学二等奖。2012年和2018年两次获得清华大学“良师益友”荣誉称号。

长期从事理论与计算化学、重元素量子化学和计算催化化学等领域的研究工作。目前在SCI杂志上发表论文400余篇,其中在国际顶级杂志(Science, PNAS, Nature及其子刊, JACS, Angew. Chem., Chem. Sci., Acc. Chem. Res. )上发表论文140余篇,论文引用>40000次。

Prof. Li received his Ph.D. in physical Chemistry from Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences (1992). He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Chemistry, University of Siegen (Germany) and at the Department of Chemistry, The Ohio State University (USA) from 1994 to 1997. He worked as a Research Scientist at The Ohio State University from 1997 to 2001 and then became a staff member at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL, USA) in 2001, where he was appointed as a Senior Research Scientist and later promoted to a Chief Scientist. He was also an affiliated full professor at University of Idaho and Washington State University. He is now a Cheung Kong Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University. He is an elected AAAS Fellow (USA) and Chinese Chemical Society Fellow. His research involves computational chemistry, theoretical inorganic chemistry, heavy-element chemistry, and computational catalysis science. He has published six book chapters and more than 400 peer-reviewed papers with 40000+ citations.


讲座摘要/Abstract:

催化科学对于化学化工、生物转化、环境、能源以及人类健康至关重要。近年来,非均相单原子催化剂(SACs)和单团簇催化剂(SCCs)引起了催化界的极大兴趣。在本次报告中,我们将阐述和展望通过SACs和SCCs实现原子精准多相催化的前景。

Catalysis science is essential for chemical industries, biological transformation, atmospheric processes, environment, energy, and human health. In recent years, heterogeneous single-atom catalysts (SACs) and single-cluster catalysts (SCCs) have aroused significant interest in the catalysis community [1-3]. In this talk, we will provide an overview and perspective of atomically precise heterogeneous catalysis via SACs and SCCs.
