个人简介

徐水钢,1988年生,江西上饶人。2009年本科毕业于武汉大学物理科学与技术学院,获得学士学位。2013年于香港科技大学物理系获得博士学位。博士毕业后先后于香港科技大学(师从王宁教授)、英国曼彻斯特大学(师从诺贝尔奖获得者、石墨烯之父Andre Geim教授)开展博士后研究工作。主要从事二维材料及范德瓦尔斯异质结的量子输运特性研究。将于2021年9月入职西湖大学理学院,开展独立研究工作。


学术成果

徐水钢博士课题组长期从事二维材料的生长、量子输运特性研究及基于范德瓦尔斯异质结的器件开发。近期在二维材料的强关联效应、扭转电子学、二维半导体器件性能的提高等方面取得重要研究成果。相关成果以(共同)第一作者身份发表在 Science (1篇)、 Nature(1篇)、 Nature Communications (3篇)、 Physical Review Letters (1篇)、 Nano Letters (2篇)等国际著名期刊上。代表性工作有:

1. 在石墨烯中观察到电子粘性霍尔效应,实验上首次证实流体中存在霍尔粘度。

2. 发现菱形堆垛多层石墨具有电场可调的表面态及强相关联效应引起的自发对称性破缺。

3. 发现小角度扭转双层石墨烯具有一维拓扑导电通道,并观察到电子在该通道传输中产生的阿哈罗诺夫-玻姆效应。

4. 在二维半导体硒化钨中观察到异常的奇整数量子霍尔效应。
