个人简介

  

仇旻,国家杰出青年基金获得者、美国光学学会理事会(扩大)理事、国际光学工程学会会士(SPIE Fellow)、国际电气和电子工程师协会会士(IEEE Fellow)、中国光学学会会士(COS Fellow)、中国光学工程学会会士(CSOE  Fellow)、中国电子学会会士(CIE Fellow)。1995年和1999年获浙江大学理学学士和凝聚态物理博士学位,并于2001年获得瑞典皇家工学院电磁理论工学博士。2001年被聘为瑞典皇家工学院助理教授,2005年晋升副教授,2009年晋升为光子学正教授。曾获“瑞典战略研究基金会”资助的“未来科研带头人”基金、瑞典国家科学研究基金会高级研究员专门基金等。2010年任浙江大学光电科学与工程学院教授,曾任浙江大学现代光学仪器国家重点实验室主任。2018年加盟西湖大学,现任国强讲席教授、副校长。主要研究方向为微纳光电子学,包括微纳加工技术及仪器装备、微纳光子理论及光电器件、面向智能应用的关键理论与技术等。2017和2020年作为项目负责人分别牵头“纳米科技”国家重点研发计划项目和国家重大科研仪器研制项目(自由申请类)。2022年7月荣获2021年度浙江省自然科学奖一等奖。



学术成果


  仇旻教授实验室主要研究方向为微纳光电子学,包括微纳加工技术及仪器装备、微纳光子理论及光电器件、面向智能应用的关键理论与技术等。2017和2020年作为项目负责人分别牵头“纳米科技”国家重点研发计划项目和国家重大科研仪器研制项目(自由申请类)。因在纳米光子学领域的突出贡献,2013年底当选美国光学学会会士(OSA Fellow)和国际光学工程学会会士(SPIE Fellow),2015年底当选国际电气和电子工程师协会会士(IEEE Fellow),2019年当选中国光学学会会士(COS Fellow)。现担任国际期刊PhotoniX(Springer Nature)主编、Light: Science & Applications(Nature publishing group)专题编辑(Topical Editor)、Science Bulletin(Science China Press)工程类副主编(Associate Editor)、Advanced Photonics (Chinese Laser Press & SPIE)编委等。

    仇旻教授科研团队长期开展光电、材料、能源、机械、化学等交叉学科的基础与应用基础研究,主要研究方向包括:

(1)微纳加工技术及仪器装备(基于冰刻的新型电子束加工技术、飞秒激光加工技术、光电集成芯片加工技术等);

(2)微纳光子理论及光电器件(红外辐射及探测、二维材料与表面等离激元强耦合、多功能光纤器件、波导器件、钙钛矿器件等);

(3)面向智能应用的关键理论与技术(LED智能照明、AR/VR显示、热光伏、辐射制冷、微型光驱动、芯片散热等)。
