个人简介
黄来源博士于2004年在澳大利亚悉尼加文医学研究所(Garvan Institute of Medical Research)完成系统的博士研究训练。在完成博士后研究工作后,于2009年加入新加坡科技局免疫研究院(Singapore Immunology Network, SIgN)并独立组建研究团队,由此开启了在髓系细胞生物学领域的深耕。历经十三载深耕,黄来源博士通过一系列开创性研究,系统揭示了髓系细胞的发育谱系、动态行为及组织微环境适应机制,成为该领域公认的资深专家。2023年,黄来源博士受聘为上海市免疫治疗研究院资深研究员,同时担任免疫系统中心主任及上海交通大学教授。其卓越的学术贡献体现在多篇发表于《Science》《Immunity》《Science Immunology》《Journal of Experimental Medicine》《Science Advances》《Advanced Materials》和《Nature Protocols》等顶级期刊的突破性研究成果中。此外,黄来源博士已连续五年(2020-2024)入选科睿唯安"全球高被引科学家"榜单,充分彰显了其学术研究的国际影响力。
学术成果及研究方向
黄来源博士实验室的主要研究方向是探索免疫细胞在完整器官中发挥功能的机制。通过结合活体成像模型、质谱流式细胞术、流式细胞分析、转录组学和生物信息学等多学科方法,团队致力于解析白细胞(包括中性粒细胞和单核细胞)的发育路径,以及调控白细胞稳态的细胞与分子事件级联反应。
