个人简介


  程钢,1977年生,黑龙江饶河人,美国National Science Foundation Early Career Award (2015)获得者。1999年本科毕业于北京化工大学化学工程学院,获得生物化工学士学位。2005年毕业于美国明尼苏达大学双城分校,获得微生物工程硕士学位。2009年获得美国华盛顿大学西雅图分校化学工程博士学位。2009年被美国阿克隆大学化学与生物分子工程系聘为助理教授,2015年晋升为终身副教授。2016年加入美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校化学工程系,担任终身副教授,从2018年起担任化学工程系研究生事务主任。2022年12月全职加入西湖大学,受聘工学院特聘研究员。


学术成果


  程钢教授课题组的研究领域包括高分子化学,生物界面,生物材料设计和合成,纳米药物。课题组共发表论文80余篇,拥有已获批7项美国及国际专利。程钢教授团队完成了美国国家科学基金会,美国国防部等十余项重大项目。获得的荣誉包括美国国家自然科学基金会青年学者奖,伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校教学奖,伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校概念验证等。担任Journal of Functional Biomaterials编委。程钢课题组开发一系列新型高性能材料、概念和方法来解决长期存在的生物垢挑战。这些材料既可有效解决困扰多个领域(包括医疗,海洋,涂料,石化等工业)的生物垢问题,也可作为工具来探究多种生物垢的形成机制。程钢课题组同时利用实验和计算工具探索高性能抗垢材料在分子、纳米和微观尺度上的内在结构-性能关系,并建立指导材料研发的设计原则。程钢博士的多项工作被《自然-材料》、《科学》和该领域的专家所关注。
