个人简介


师恩政博士课题组主要从事低维材料的合成及其在功能器件的应用。现阶段的主要研究方向为卤素钙钛矿半导体加工-结构-性质关系、软晶格半导体的异质集成、纳米超材料等。师恩政博士曾以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Advanced Materials等期刊发表多篇论文;曾担任期刊Science Bulletin, Carbon Energy等期刊青年编委。


本课题组长期招聘博士研究生、博士后及研究助理。欢迎具有材料科学与工程、凝聚态物理、化学、电子工程、机械工程等背景的本科生、硕士及博士研究生、已毕业博士生、青年学者联系我们(shienzheng@westlake.edu.cn)。本课题组与国内外多个研究机构(普渡大学,麻省理工学院、北京大学等)有良好的合作关系,博士研究生在本课题组学习期间,支持申请出国学习交流和访问。
