个人简介


鞠峰, 湖北武汉人,特聘研究员,博士生导师。2008 年和 2011 年分别获得江汉大学和华南理工大学环境工程学士与硕士学位,2015 年获得香港大学工学博士学位。2015-2018年在瑞士联邦水科学和技术研究所(EAWAG)从事博士后研究。2018 年 9 月加入西湖大学,成立“环境微生物组与生物技术实验室”(EMBLab: www.ju-emblab.com),从事环境工程、微生物组学、生物技术前沿交叉研究,曾获香港大学“杰出研究型研究生奖(2015)、香港科学会工程领域“青年科学家奖”(2016)中国生态学学会“水云天微生物生态青年科技创新奖-特等奖”(2018)。目前,鞠峰博士担任中国工程院院刊 Engineering 编委,Frontiers 系列期刊《生物工程与生物技术》、《环境科学前沿》和《微生物学前沿》审稿编辑与编委,以及 Critical Reviews in Environmental Science and Technology、Journal of Environmental Sciences、The Innovation、Environmental Science and Ecotechnology、iMeta 等期刊青年编委;还曾担任加拿大自然科学与工程研究委员会(NSERC)国际评审专家。


学术成果


环境微生物组学研究环境中全部微生物及其遗传信息,其方法学基础与理论拓展应用是国际研究前沿和热点,关键科学问题包括(但不限于):1)如何全面高效定量识别微生物群落? 2)群落如何构建并决定功能? 3)功能如何精准设计与靶向调控?西湖大学环境微生物组与生物技术实验室 (EMBLab) 开展环境工程学与微生物学交叉学科研究,研究兴趣包括:1)环境生物工程与合成微生物组学;2)微生物组的群落构建机制与功能原理;3)抗生素耐药性的产生与传播机制及风险监控;4)典型新污染物(抗生素、塑料等)的降解转化及健康效应。更多详细信息请参见实验室网页:http://www.ju-emblab.com。

鞠峰博士承担或参与国家级与省部级科研项目10余项,参与撰写“生物技术”主题英文专著 2 本(Imperial College Press 和 Springer press)、“微生物组学”主题中文专著 1 本(Bioprotocol);目前在 ISME J、Microbiome、Environ. Sci. Technol.、Water Res.、Environ. Int.、Environ. Microbiol.等期刊发表学术论文 50 余篇;受邀国际学术会议特邀报告10余次,担任会场主席多次。
